From the moment you park at our house, you can tell it was set up for convenience and comfort. Concrete sidewalks lead to both doors from the gravel parking area. Step foot into the mudroom/laundry room with plenty of room for your shoes and coats. Next is the kitchen with new appliances and a large window over the sink. The fridge is stocked with a few drinks. Help yourself. Our town water is safe to drink and tastes great. There are two bedrooms on the main level. The first has a queen bed and plenty of space for luggage. Also, a closet for hanging clothes. Heavy curtains give privacy and block out the morning sun. Mini split AC/Heat with your own control. The second bedroom is a little smaller with a double bed. A small closet for suitcase storage. Blackout shades for sun and privacy. The full bathroom is on the main floor as well. Tub with a rain shower head. Amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water. Soap and other essentials are provided. The third bedroom and half bath are upstairs. The stairs are steep, so be careful. There is a queen bed and plenty of room for luggage. A window unit by the stairs for AC and a wall heater in the room. Other things to note 1 bed and the 1/2 bath are upstairs. The stairs are very steep and not recommended for the elderly or people with disabilities. The other 2 bedrooms and a full bath are on the main floor and have easy access
