Home safety features include smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and exterior security cameras on property, with a camera at the back door entrance overlooking the driveway and entry areas. After booking your reservation, you will receive a notification and link to complete our Rental Agreement, confirming the terms and conditions of your stay, as well as a refundable security deposit, which you will be able to execute and set up digitally.
