Other things to note Security: For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located on the property. Check-Out: When leaving the house at any time, please ensure all appliances are turned off and all entry doors (front, back, and garage) are locked and secured. Cleanliness: We strive to keep our home new, clean, and fresh for our guests. Please help us maintain this standard. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the house. If not followed, standard cleaning fee plus additional cleaning fee of $300 dollars will apply. Gatherings: Large gatherings and excessive noise after quiet hours is not allowed.
