Beautiful modern, custom-built house [built 2016] with fireplace on the hill on a 5-acre property in the quaint village of Kalbo, Sweden [population 50]. The property has two historic barns and many nearby lakes from family friendly to quiet solo swimming. The house on the hill is built with two to three bedrooms [a single bedroom on the first floor, a queen size bed on the loft and an office/bedroom, two bathrooms are on the first floor, one with an extra deep bathtub and washing machine and the other with a shower. Come enjoy skiing in the winter [the house comes with two sets of skis] and boating, swimming and walks in the forest for berry picking and mushroom hunting in the summer. Also available [only during the summer season] is a three bedroom farm house, with living room, breakfast room and kitchen, located on the same property which allows for large groups/families.
