Other things to note • The chalet is located in a peaceful nature setting. As with most properties in the region, occasional insects or ladybugs may appear during certain seasons. • Winter conditions can sometimes create icy surfaces. We recommend bringing appropriate footwear during the winter months. • Guests are kindly asked to wash and put away any dishes used and place garbage in the designated bins before checkout. Additional cleaning required beyond the standard service may result in extra cleaning fees. • While rare, power outages may occasionally occur due to weather conditions in the area. These situations are outside of our control and are considered acts of nature. • Please respect the chalet, the surrounding environment, and neighboring properties so everyone can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Kanata Tremblant. In case of extreme weather conditions, there is a possibility of temporary power outages. However, please note that this is very rare and not a common occurrence.
