Sharbot Lake Retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, fun, and connection. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property with the exception of 1 locked storage room. This includes the hot tub, fire pit, golf simulator, and all indoor and outdoor amenities. Enjoy full privacy during your stay. The cottage offers ample parking on-site and self-check-in with a secure door code, provided before arrival. Everything is set up for comfort, convenience, and peace of mind, whether you’re visiting for a family getaway, a relaxing weekend, or exploring the Central Frontenac area. Other things to note Golf clubs are NOT provided, please bring your own for the indoor simulator. The home is lakefront, but there is a walk down to the water, so guests should be comfortable with stairs to access the dock and shoreline. It also has a natural, cottage-style outdoor setting with crushed stone. Cooking essentials (oils, salt, pepper, Keurig K-cups, cookware) are supplied but please pack what you need. Garbage disposal: please separate garbage and recycling, and place all waste in the black bin at the entrance of the property before checkout. No parties or events. No loud or outdoor music, especially after dark, please keep volume low to respect our neighbors and preserve the peaceful nature of the area. Our home is a privately owned family retreat, not a large commercial rental property, and we ask guests to enjoy it with the same care they would their own. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and all listed amenities during their stay, including the hot tub, golf simulator, deck, and outdoor spaces. The only area not available to guests is one locked storage room in the basement used for owner belongings.
