This unit accommodates up to two guests. The space This suite is located close to downtown. The building is over 100 years old, but in great shape and is very comfortable. The unit has new laminate flooring in the room and bathroom. Guest access You have access to your room, the front porch area and the side yard gazebo & seats. During your stay I'm at the property intermittently and am very easy to contact. I'm happy to help you with any questions you may have or refer to local restaurants and events in the community. I'm here if you need me , but always want you to have your space and privacy. Other things to note We do have three water heaters for this property, but due to the square footage it can take a few minutes for the water to get hot. Please allow to run for a few minutes and it will warm up nicely.
