Our Fabulous Farmhouse listing indicates we can host 7 people. Most comfortably we can sleep 6 adults + up to 2 children + 1 infant. The daybed in the family suite bedroom could accommodate an adult but please know it is a bed designed for smaller people. The 1st floor has beautiful hardwood floors throughout. The 2nd floor bedrooms are covered in brand new plush carpeting for comfort & sound absorption. There is a one-car (integral) garage for you with an EV charger. Arrangements need to be made in advance if you'd like access to this for an additional fee. There is room for a 2nd vehicle to park outside of the garage door. Depending on the season, there may be space for a 3rd vehicle to park on the farm. The family room + all 3 bedrooms have smart TVs with Netflix and Amazon Prime streaming. Our farm is privately nestled in a growing rural/ suburban area of rolling Pennsylvania hills that offers easy access to downtown Pittsburgh, the PA turnpike & Interstate 79. There's never a boring day on the farm! The chickens & goats always love visitors & the farmstand is a happy place during farm season. The restoration/remodel of our family's farmhouse has been a multi-year project to take it from fixer to fabulous. This main farmhouse is attached to our 5-star Airbnb guest nest which has a separate, private entrance. It's listed on Airbnb as "Inspired Farmhouse Apartment". Your group is welcome to reserve both units! We're glad to assist you in navigating a double reservation. We've taken extensive & professional measures to make both properties extremely soundproof. We live just across the road from the farmhouse & are here for anything you may need during your stay. We welcome any questions you may have about our farmhouse, location, etc. Thank you! Guest access You will be staying in the "main" part of the farmhouse. You can come & go through the front door, side door and the garage. The garage is yours to use along with space for another car outside the garage. We'll provide you with keypad information as your date draws near.
