Fully functional with a queen-sized bed, plenty of closet & storage space, desk, full bathroom (shower), kitchenette, and a living space with a pull-out couch. Shared laundry. The private entrance to the space is off the home's well-lit back backyard patio. Safe & secure as the studio is locked from the main residence and security cameras are present. The space Our cute blue ranch home is easy to find as it is directly next to a bike path in the middle of the block. Our home boasts a lot of privacy because it is nestled alongside forest preserve property. This creates natural privacy as you enter your studio retreat through a private door off the backyard patio. To enter, you will walk along the north-side of the yard and through the trellis gate. Please keep the gate closed for the safety of our human-friendly dog Skylar. While she is typically supervised while outside, there are times where we may walk away and she'll be roaming free in the yard. As you walk across the patio, you will see two doors. The door on the left (facing North), adorn with a welcome sign, is the suite entry. If you need to do laundry during your stay, you will access the laundry room via the door on the right (facing East). Laundry hours for this unit are from 6pm - 10pm daily. Guests may only use the washer and dryer. All other areas of the home and garage are restricted and not accessible to tenants. Guest access You may use the shared laundry room between the hours of 6pm - 10pm daily. Feel free to use the patio space when not otherwise occupied.
