Are you here to hike, bike or fish at Moraine State Park or McConnells Mill, attending a wedding at the many local wedding barns or just want to escape to a country setting? You will be comfortable here. Conveniently located to Rt 79, and Rt 422, and only 45 minutes to Pittsburgh. Relax in the country and enjoy what the city has to offer! See events at Cooper’s Lake, Butler Fair Grounds, Butler Farm Show, SRU and GCC. The space Single level home with a front porch and a nice lawn on property that was once used as a farm. The For your safety, Please do not enter any of the out buildings on the property. This area is very peaceful. We often see deer in the back yard or front field. There is lots of parking and has a circle drive in front that would accommodate trailers as well. We just ask that you do not park in the grass or block the driveway. The home sits back from the main road. Guest access Please do not enter any other buildings on the property. Other things to note Prospect is a quaint town. We are conveniently located to many wedding venues, state parks, Slippery Rock University and Grove City College. Just——minutes from Route 79.
