Guests have full access to the first floor of the home (approximately 2,200 square feet), which includes the guest bedroom, bathroom, living area, and kitchen. There are two steps and a small landing at the front entry. The second floor and basement are restricted and are used by the host. Guests are welcome to prepare their own meals. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware, appliances, and basic staples. Coffee and a small welcome treat are provided. A large propane grill is also available for guest use. During your stay The host lives onsite and enjoys welcoming guests and helping them get settled. Interaction varies by guest preference and can be as social or as independent as you like. The host is generally available by text for questions or communication during your stay. Two dogs and a resident cat also live onsite and may occasionally pass through shared areas.
