If more than 1 pet, $20 per day per pet ( for 1 pet the upfront $40 pet fee is sufficient.) Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and if left in home alone, please bring a kennel for them while you are gone. No smoking in house or on premises and no events or parties allowed as this is a quiet residential neighborhood.
