Comfortable for 1-2 people with one off-street parking space. Cure your writer's block with a retreat at the little brown house. All you need for an extended stay in a great area! The space The 630 ft2 apartment includes use of the full home and a small front yard. A kitchen with full amenities includes a fridge, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and basic utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen is a seating area/den. The bedroom includes a queen bed, armoire and clothing rack. The bathroom includes a shower stall , a toilet with bidet and a washer/dryer. The back yard and back lean-to porch are not part of the rental and cats are not allowed. Dogs are permitted with a one time pet fee. Other things to note You'll stay just steps away from the iconic Mound Parking Ramp, known to locals as the Garage Mahal.
