This Lake nacimiento house has a great feel with a peaceful roof top deck , out door shower and pizza oven. It’s a short 5 minute ride down to launch your boat. Starlink internet works great. Deep 25 foot garage for a boat. Washer and dryer included , kitchen has electric stove , refrigerator. You get access to the oak shores pool , jacuzzi , pickle ball and fun events. Registration form needs to be sent to oak shores 24 hours prior to arrival. Oak shores charges 25 per day for watercraft The space 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Guest access 2 vehicles allowed at the residence and a 1 hour parking pass for a 3rd There is an over flow lot outside gate Other things to note We had a listing with tons of 5 star reviews and unfortunately it was accidentally deleted when we got a full time renter. Since then we made a new listing and have added lots of great additions to make your stay smooth and relaxing. We love hosting and strive to make sure we add what’s needed and we are always upgrading things when we go visit. ❤️
