The apartment includes free parking, Dux beds, a cooling air-source heat pump, fast WiFi, and a 65” LG Smart TV with AirPlay and Google Cast. Pikkirilli grill restaurant is about 300 m away, while HalpaHalli and ABC are about 400 m away. ABC also has EV charging. Siilinjärvi town centre and Spa Hotel Fontanella are about 2 km away. Nearby you’ll find a pond, a small public beach, and a children’s playground. Welcome! The space A spacious and well-equipped apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and glazed balcony. The kitchen includes a full set of dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Coffee, tea, salt, pepper, and olive oil are also provided. Laundry is easy with an LG 11 kg washing machine, Whirlpool 11 kg tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, and drying rack. The glazed balcony has a comfortable chaise lounge sofa. One bedroom includes a desk, monitor, HDMI cable, and an IKEA office chair, making it suitable for remote work. Internet is provided via cable modem with a speed of 150 Mbps, and WiFi is available. A Miele vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies are available if needed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment: two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and glazed balcony. The apartment has four walk-in closets in total. The walk-in closets in both bedrooms are available for guests. The two walk-in closets in the hallway are reserved for hosting and maintenance supplies. In the yard, guests may use the children’s swings, slide, and sandbox. By the pond, the bench and fire pit are shared by all residents of the housing association. Other things to note There is a recycling point in the yard for mixed waste, bio-waste, cardboard, paper, and metal. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony. Smoking is allowed only at the designated outdoor smoking area. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The apartment is located in a quiet residential building, so please be mindful of other residents also during the daytime. Leaving trash outside the bins is prohibited. Parking is allowed only in designated parking spaces. Before departure, we kindly ask guests to start the dishwasher and place used bed linens and towels into the washing machine ready for a wash cycle.
