The house Davido is a fairly new holiday home of high standard and many amenities. We have four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living room, a summer kitchen outside with barbecue. For the cooler days you have a wood burning fireplace and central heating. Air conditioning is available for the hotter days of summer. But the house is so well insulated that even in midsummer hardly the air conditioning has to run. All our previous guests speak of a restful sleep in the midst of nature and tranquility. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the house. Bring your laptop and keep in touch with the world from the pool! Playstation consoles and darts are available for the kids. Even four TV sets can receive SAT channels in German. We are a family business, we clean and care for the house Davido for you as our own. The Villa Davido is very quietly located in the small and tranquil town of Funcici, which is located exactly in the geographical center of the charming peninsula of Istria. This is an ideal place to reach all the beaches and attractions of Istria in short car trips. In the evening you are back in your beautiful Villa Davido with a pool for barbecues in the absolute tranquility amidst nature without any hassle or crime. Here the world is still alright! It is 8 km to the capital of Istria Pazin, 7 km to the medieval town of Gracišce and 7-8 km to Zminj. In these traditional villages with millennia-old wine tradition you will find grocery stores, museums, restaurants and all sorts of local flavor. We will recommend small agrotourism companies, which are very close to us and are not in any brochure. Cleanliness and hygiene are on the highest level with us. With us you can really relax, without any worries. The house Davido is embedded in a small village, where we also live in direct neighborhood. Nobody will close their house with us. The children or their dog can play carefree anywhere in the area. Around our property with the house Davido extends the beautifully landscaped area with over 3000 square meters. Parking for two cars are available if you want, also quite safe right in front of the house behind the gate. In the immediate vicinity are various sports fields for the younger ones available; the elders can learn to play boccia. We have balls! Only 2 km from us there is a good agroturismo with local cuisine and riding horses. It is also a great thing for experienced riders to ride across the country through the ancient cultural landscape of Istria. Children can pet the pets and see how they live. For mountain bikers or off-roaders, the area is almost ideal. Countless field and forest trails can and may be used. We can also organize off-road safaris. When you come to the truffle season in the autumn, we will visit the most famous processor. Or we go with you and a trained dog which are looking for! If you are a Jägermeister, we will find the best areas for you. Almost every adult man is a hunter. Venison is organic meat and can be found everywhere. To the chagrin of the farmers, the wild boar breed rapidly and must therefore be hunted. Near the house is about 10 registered bike paths. For fans of motocross and the people involved in the sport at a distance of 7 kilometers is a professional motocross track. We are here for you!
