Rest in nature - in 15 minutes in Ulm Our house is located between Ulm and Blaubeuren on the edge of the Swabian Alb. Perfect for families, hikers, those looking for peace and quiet and connoisseurs. You live in our house in a 50 m2, 2020 renovated, light-flooded loft. It has a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room and is ideal for singles and couples with up to two children (regardless of age). The space The modern, cozy loft is equipped with high quality parquet floors, a new kitchen, bedroom and a completely renovated bathroom with bathtub. There is WiFi, a bookshelf, and a television with streaming services. Bathroom The bathroom is the apartment's wellness oasis with a bathtub, which can also be showered in, and cozy, simple furnishings. There is shampoo, bath foam, shower gel, a hair dryer, towels and bath rugs. In case your clothes get dirty, we have also put a washing machine for you. Laundry detergent is also provided. Kitchen In our cozy kitchen you will find crockery, cutlery, bottle opener, can opener, coffee maker, oven, stove, refrigerator, kettle, cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, vinegar and oil, tea towels, dishcloths and washing-up liquid. Bedroom The beds are of course freshly made for you. There is plenty of space in the closet for your clothes. The apartment is heated with invisible infrared heaters, so it is always quickly healthy and comfortably warm here. Guest access In addition to the apartment, you are also welcome to use the garden. Here we also have a fireplace and a barbecue area, cozy seating areas and, above all, lots of nature. Other things to note If you would like to visit the Nabada or the Schwörwoche (swearing week) in Ulm, the city´s holiday, it is better to book longer in advance. Because these events are very popular.
