Living room features 75-inch flat screen smart TV you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even an PS4 game console. The downstairs is another unit that is currently being minimally remodeled and have their own gate and yard. The downstairs unit does not share the 4BR/2Bth you book. You need to walk down the stairs on the left side of the house to reach the pool. Please do not walk to the stairs on the right side of the house because that leads to the downstairs unit, which is not yours. Other things to note FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ) • Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite. This request is subject to availability and not automatically confirmed. Please confirm with us first • Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation • Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Please add them in the reservation and let us know if you have special requests • How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "Penasco Rd, El Cajon CA 92019" for accurate distances • What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions will be sent on your check-in day once we finish screening your group • If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered. • Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will send you check-in instructions right after we finish screening your group • How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with normal home cleaning products. If there’s any minor cleaning mishap, you agree to give us a reasonable time to solve the issue. • Please add the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests), and pets.
