Invoices available The space Welcome to the White House in Staffanstorp, a newly renovated group home designed for comfort, space and easy get-togethers. Layout Downstairs: open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with underfloor heating and a full glass wall facing the garden, plus a fireplace and 65-inch smart TV. You will also find 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with shower, and a separate guest WC by the entrance. Upstairs: 5 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with shower. Sleeping (8 bedrooms, up to 14 guests) Bedroom 1: two single beds Bedroom 2: one king bed Bedroom 3: one single bed Bedroom 4: one king bed Bedroom 5: one double bed Bedroom 6: one single bed (skylight window, no dark shade) Bedroom 7: two single beds (storage drawers, no wardrobe) Bedroom 8: one king bed Most bedrooms include a desk or workspace. Outdoor space Private, separated garden (about 150 sqm) with decorative lighting, a year-round electric jacuzzi (fits up to 6), fire pit, outdoor cooking area and a cold outdoor shower connection. Practicalities Fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washer and dryer, fibre WiFi, and free parking nearby. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire main house and the private, separated garden area, including the jacuzzi and outdoor cooking area. Please note there is a separate unit next door in the same building called Hambo Hideaway. The driveway/entrance area and bins are shared, but each unit has its own entrance and the outdoor areas are fully separated with a solid divider. Other things to note Jacuzzi The jacuzzi is available all year round and subject to availability but requires advance notice so we can prepare, heat and balance it properly. Please let us know at booking or at least 48 hours before check-in if you plan to use it. Jacuzzi hours are 08:00 to 21:00. Guests must shower before entering and replace the cover after use. Please avoid oils or lotions. Misuse may result in additional cleaning or maintenance charges. Towels and bed linen Bed linen is included and the beds are made before arrival. Two towels per guest are provided (one for normal use and one suitable for the jacuzzi). Extra towels can be requested for an additional cost. Blinds and dark shades All bedrooms have dark shades except Bedroom 6, which has a sloped ceiling window without a dark shade. Quiet area This is a peaceful residential neighbourhood. Quiet hours are 21:00 to 07:00. No parties or events. Security camera There is an outdoor security camera at the entrance only. Children are very welcome at the property. That said, the home has not been specifically child-proofed, so parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising children at all times and for deciding whether the accommodation is suitable for their family’s needs. If you have any questions or concerns about the layout, features, or suitability of the property for children, please ask before booking. Baby crib A baby crib can be requested, subject to availability. Business-Friendly Stay Business travellers and project teams are welcome. The property is well suited for corporate stays in the Malmö and Lund region, and invoices are available for company bookings. IMPORTANT: Before arrival, the lead guest must complete our secure online check-in through an external guest check-in link outside Airbnb. This includes confirming the full names of all staying guests, completing the basic guest details, verifying the lead guest’s identity with a valid government-issued ID, and signing our short-term rental agreement digitally. All staying guests must be listed as approved occupants. This helps us keep every stay clear, safe, and well managed, and supports our insurance, house rules, arrival preparation, and property management. Check-in instructions and access details are released only after these steps are completed.
