Canoas Lofts (Apartment 2N) - Punta Sal Canoes

Apt of 150 m2 located in waterfront condo (Canoas Lofts), fully equipped 1 hour south of Tumbes and 30 minutes north of Máncora. Apartment is on the 2nd or 3rd floor, depending on availability. Canoas de Punta Sal is one of the most beautiful in Peru, with a warm sea almost all year round. In addition to the entire apartment, guests have access to the common areas (TV room, pool, grill area and beach access). La Parrilla is managed under reservations. The space 150m2 apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private terrace, living room, dining room and kitchen equipped with appliances, utensils and kitchenware. Loft designed to maintain the harmony of the area's natural environment. Equipped and furnished. Maximum capacity for 10 guests. Guest access The village of Cancas is a 3-minute drive away, where you can find mini-markets, wineries, a market, bakery, tap, restaurants, pharmacy, medical post, laundry, etc. Everything so you don't have to worry about anything. Other things to note BASIC AMENITIES: Water in the area is not drinkable and supplied in tanker trucks and the water supply is included within the rental rate. Water for consumption and cooking must be purchased in the village in Bidones of 20 liters, for which we will provide you with the packaging. Electricity is also included in the rental fee. The gas supply is at the Guest's expense. You will find a gas ball in the kitchen with the gas balance left by the previous guest; when it is over. You must bear the cost of the replacement for which we will help you with the purchase. PARKING: Canoas Lofts has closed parking at no additional cost. Interaction with guests SWIMMING POOL: The Pool Hours are from 10 am to 7 pm, after that time the Pool is treated so that it is completely clean for the next day. CONCIERGE/GUARDIAN: In CANOAS LOFTS lives our concierge/guardian, who supports guests with everything they need. He will be in charge of welcoming guests, giving the keys, as well as carrying out the maintenance and cleaning of the shared pool and grill areas. We are not a hotel, therefore we do not do Housekeeping service (cleaning in each Loft/Apartment), when you receive your Loft you will find it clean and must keep it clean during your stay. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: You can additionally hire the services of Cooking and Cleaning • Cook per day: US$30 • Cleaning per day: US$15 The cook's rate includes preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you want any of these services, it is important that at the time of making the reservation, please let us know well in advance to commit to the people of the Area. Payment is made directly to the cooks and cleaning staff. We do not have a restaurant or provide food service, however a few meters away you can find restaurants where you can have lunch or we can recommend some restaurants in the area that deliver. TRANSFERS FROM AND TO AIRPORTS: Payment of airport shuttle fees is made directly to the carriers. We only coordinate with them so that they are waiting for you at the times indicated. The return costs the same S/ 210. • Tumbes en MINIVAN (Max 04 pax) S/ 240. The return costs the same S/ 240. • Talara en MINIVAN (Max 04 pax) S/ 250. For all transfers services, we have negotiated with the company to take our guests, once they pick them up from the airport, to Plaza Vea de Talara or Tumbes to shop for an hour (optional) TOURS: You can also coordinate with us the different walks "With Trust staff" for the tours that are detailed below: • Swimming with turtles in El Ñuro • Swimming with turtles in Cancas • Fishing • Whale Watching • Boat rides • Mangrove Walk If you require any of these services, please let us know in advance to coordinate it. LOFT EQUIPMENT: In the kitchen you will find Refrigerator, Kitchen, Microwave Oven, Olla Arrocera, Blender, Water Kettle, Sandwichera. The laundry room does not have a washing machine, only a sink and clotheslines. Each apartment has a TV in the living room. NOTE: In e Dpto we do not place Oil, Salt, Pepper, condiments or dishwasher. This must be purchased by you upon arrival.
