AVAILABILITY: I am hoping to let for at least 90 days, and the flat will be available from 4th November 2019 until 24th April 2020. I would be very happy to let for this whole period. This is a beautiful little flat arranged on two floors. There is a sunny studio room upstairs and a kitchen and bathroom downstairs. It is in a very pretty and peaceful area opposite a wonderful park, but within easy reach of central London. It is completely self-contained and has garden access. The flat compact but beautiful. There is a sense of space and lots of natural light. It is extremely peaceful and quiet, with a great view of the large garden. Sole occupancy of the flat including kitchen and bathroom. The gas central heating system is excellent and the flat is warm and cosy in all weathers. It is most suitable for one or two people. Three is possible for short periods f you don't need a lot of room. There is one single bed, and a futon sofa that opens out to make a double bed.
