Chalet 30, Bovisand, is one of the nicest beach chalets in Devon. It is perfect for romantic breaks for couples or for family and friends holidays. It makes an ideal, tranquil, relaxing, holiday retreat from busy lives. It has a modern, cosy interior. It is a stones throw away from Sandy Parlour Beach and the sea views from the property are absolutely breathtaking. Sleeps 3 comfortably (4 on request). New kitchen and shower room. Recently decorated throughout. The space Roy, is your host. Sam is the property manager. We are experienced hosts and it is important to us that you have the best time when you stay. To achieve this we work closely with you in advance of your stay to make sure that your holiday is everything that you want it to be. During your stay, we will be available by mobile if you have any questions, we are always happy to help. We respectfully request that you do not take our towels to the beach but please bring your own beach towels, thank you. You may wish to order a grocery delivery - ASDA, Waitrose, Sainsbury and Tesco will deliver to the door. 1 lounge/dining room, 1 kitchen, 1 shower room, 2 double bedrooms, large patio with seating and picnic bench to the front with breathtaking sea views. Reliable Wi-Fi. One single folding Z-bed available on request. There is a shop and cafe on the site. Other things to note Parking fees are payable on site, and you will need to display a ticket. However, we will refund the parking fees to you for 1 vehicle only. We do not provide a cot or highchair but you are more than welcome to bring your own. There is a key to the gate padlock in the key safe at the chalet. If arriving after the gate has been locked there will be a short walk to get the key. Please note there are 2 bedrooms - 1 bedroom has a standard 4ft 6" double sized bed and the second bedroom has small 4ft double bed that sleeps 1 person (2 on request) .
