The space Welcome to Elm Tree Farm, a beautifully restored character home located in the heart of the vibrant village of Yealmpton in the South Devon AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.) With three spacious double bedrooms, this cosy well-pointed cottage is the perfect base for walking groups, families, couples, or friends looking to explore the nearby ocean city of Plymouth as well as the stunning countryside, dramatic coastline, and rich culture of this unique part of the UK. A restored 18th century farm house, the house blends traditional charm with modern comfort. The open-plan living-dining area is ideal for relaxing after a day out, while the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare hearty meals. Upstairs, there are three comfortable double bedrooms, one with king size bed and en-suite shower room. Another family bathroom with bath and shower and a third WC downstairs. Outside, there's a private garden space to the front and rear of the house where you can enjoy a morning coffee or alfresco dinner. Dogs are most welcome.
