Additional Notes The rear garden is not accessible to guests. For security, there is a camera doorbell at the entrance and an outdoor camera covering the garden area only—guests do not have access. Other things to note No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances anywhere on the property, including the back garden and front driveway. Violations may result in a minimum £500 fine and you may be asked to leave. No candles, incense, burners, or similar items are allowed inside the property or in the garden. Check-in/out: Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out without prior approval may incur a fee. Noise: This is a residential area. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please keep noise, including TV volume, to a minimum. Keys: Lost or damaged keys will incur a minimum £100 charge.
