The space The property sleeps 4 people very comfortably and up to 6 with the use of a sofa bed in the sitting room. . Upstairs there is a generous double room with a new, king-size bed. There is a quiet, dedicated working space. The twin room is newly decorated with beautiful views across the Marsh. Both are light and airy. The bathroom has a generous walk-in shower and a beautiful view out onto the adjoining fields. Downstairs the sofa-bed is in the sitting room. The kitchen is well appointed with all essentials and seating for 6 again with wonderful views. There is a spacious open plan sitting room with TV. A variety of board games are available. There is a beautiful patio with outdoor seating and BBQ. Guest access The whole property is available, accessible from the side of the building through the patio doors.
