Check-in details (including lockbox/entry instructions) will be shared once these steps are completed. 🅿️ Parking There is free on-street parking for up to 1 hour outside the apartment, which is ideal for arrival, unloading luggage, or short stops. For longer parking, guests can use NCP Newport Station Approach or NCP Newport Multi-Storey, both just a short walk away and offering secure, paid parking. We recommend checking availability and rates in advance, especially during peak times. 👥 Number of Guests Please select the correct number of guests when booking. 🧼 Cleaning Fee – What It Covers The cleaning fee ensures the property is thoroughly prepared for your arrival. It covers fresh linen, towels, and a professional clean to a high standard. However, it doesn’t cover excessive mess. We kindly ask guests to leave the house in a reasonably tidy condition and follow checkout instructions. To help us maintain the space, we ask that you: • Wipe kitchen surfaces after use • Clean the dishes after use • Place rubbish in the provided bin bags not any loose rubbish in the wheelie bins Our team will handle the full clean once you check out, but extra cleaning due to negligence may be charged. 🎉 Parties & Large Groups We are unable to host parties or large gatherings.
