For a maximum of four people (or with a baby) Cot available (fitted sheet and high chair) The apartment is composed of: an entrance with a fitted cupboard (ironing board and iron, washing machine. a kitchen open to the living room, fitted and equipped (large oven, microwave, large fridge, freezer, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner). a living room with a convertible sofa, sleeping two people 140 cm x 190 cm. a bedroom with large closet, double bed of 140cm x 200 cm a bathroom with shower, refurbished, wc, heating (towel dryer) and hair dryer Dining room, closet, and table and chairs. Outdoor parking. Bus stop . Close to the station and car rental. Located less than 3 km (10 min by car) from the sea, close to many shops (pharmacy, fruit and vegetables, bakery, supermarkets ...) and amenities (bus, motorway, TGV station of St Raphaël 10 min by car ). Provided: Pillows, duvets and mattress covers, sheets and towels provided Cleaning straws in addition (60 €) Tourist tax € 1.30 per day and per person. Animals not accepted. Reservation and payment terms: Reservation made after receipt of the seasonal rental contract and a 50% deposit Payment of the balance 15 days before arrival in low season and 1 month in high season.
