Parties are forbidden! Welcome to your family home, Come and recharge your batteries with your family in an authentic setting, in this old restored 18th century barn. You will be charmed by the architecture of the building and the green setting of this building. This home is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service that listens to its guests. The space You will enter the living room where you will find the dining room consisting of two dining tables for 8 people, the living room with its sofas and its functional wood-burning stove (wood is not provided). The kitchen area is open to the living room. Kitchen facilities: - refrigerator/freezer - oven - glass-ceramic hob - microwave - filter coffee maker and L'or Barista (Nespresso compatible) - toaster - dishwasher - raclette machine - dishes You will have access to the terrace and garden through the living room window. You will find a first bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds of 90 cm/190 cm as well as an en-suite bathroom with sink and shower. There is a laundry room in which there is a washing machine, dryer, small fridge, ironing board and iron. On the first floor: You will find a living room with games, books, TV, DVD player and DVDs. The wood-burning stove in this living room is not functional. You will then have a bedroom with two single beds and an adjoining bathroom and another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom as well. On the second floor you will find two bedrooms with 3 single beds in each of the bedrooms, and one bedroom with 3 single beds and a shower room. At the end of the hallway you have a bathroom with bathtub, double sink and separate toilet. There is a separate toilet per floor. Included: linens (towels, sheets, tea towels, bath mats), baby bed, highchair, baby bath, WIFI, welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing liquid and a garbage bag will be waiting for you in the accommodation. For the rest of the stay, we let you buy the necessities. Guest access The accommodation is on 3 levels with a bedroom on the ground floor but there are 2 steps to cross to enter the house. You'll have a set of keys. Check-in is from 4 p.m. Check-out is until 10 a.m. at the latest. Other things to note Parties are forbidden in the house. The owners who live in the village reserve the right to come and see you in case of non-compliance with this instruction. Please note that the reception can be done independently.
