We have near the property 2 of the 5 main archaeological zones of the State of Veracruz. -Zempoala (Its foundation is also attributed to the Totonacas, comprising a group of ten buildings.) 40 kilometers from Capricho. - El Tajin (Considered the most spectacular archaeological zone in Veracruz and a UNESCO World Heritage Site; it is made up of ballcourts, sculptures in relief and a great variety of ceremonial buildings, including the well-known Pyramid of the Niches.) 160 km from Capricho Other points of interest: - Quiahuiztlán (Archaeological ruins of a Totonac Cemetery protected by the National Institute of Anthropology and History INAH) 13 km from Capricho - Playa Muñecos (Beach with a panoramic view where there are rocks that look like giant dolls looking towards the horizon.) 1.5 kilometers from El Capricho walking along the beach - Villa Rica Beach -La Mancha INSIDE THE HOUSE: SECOND FLOOR: Upper floor with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its full bathroom with access by a bridge to the rooms, which are open to the living/dining room to appreciate the double height and provide spaciousness to the house and have the main view towards the sea without any obstacles. GROUND FLOOR: -Four-module room with a central table (two of the armchairs can also be used for sleeping) -Dining room for 12 people -TV area with cable service (VeTV), plus a variety of board games -There is Wi-Fi via a cell phone inside the house which can be used for basic things such as checking emails, messaging and browsing. It has a speed of 5 megabytes, it is not suitable for streaming or video conferencing. It is the only option currently available in the region and its operation depends on the quality of the cell phone signal -Spacious half bathroom -Basic full kitchen consisting of: refrigerator, stove, oven, blender, microwave, coffee maker, oven/toaster; plus cooking utensils, such as cutlery, pans, casseroles, ovenware, plates, etc. -Open terrace for outdoor activities overlooking the ocean and pool OUTSIDE THE HOUSE: A swimming pool, a campfire area, a bar, a pool bathroom, and access to 2 beaches which can be reached by walking a few meters while you reach sea level. The entire area is fenced and closed for the safety and peace of mind of you and your pets. The property has a caretaker who will help you with certain tasks related to home maintenance (pool, water, electricity, gas, garden, etc.), as well as to control vehicle access. NOTES: MOBILE WIFI VIA CELL PHONE Due to the geographical area in which the property is located; THERE IS NO PROVIDER THAT COVERS OR HAS INFRASTRUCTURE TO BE ABLE TO PROVIDE INTERNET SERVICE IN A STABLE AND OPTIMAL WAY; if you have 4G cellular telephony that allows guests to use their mobile data. SECURITY: THERE ARE 2 ACCESS POINTS IN THE BOCA ANDREA COMMUNITY, WHICH ARE CLOSED AT CERTAIN TIMES (AT NIGHT AND EARLY MORNING) IN ORDER TO AVOID VEHICLES OR PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO BUSINESS WITH THE NEIGHBORS OR THE PROPERTY. AVOID CHARGES OR PENALTIES FOR THIS SITUATION Guest access House, Bedrooms, Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Pool, Terraces, Viewpoint, Space for Bonfires, Camping, Bar, Fishing Area, Beach on both sides of the house, practically have access to the entire property (EXCEPT THE GUARD AREA, WAREHOUSE AND SERVICE ROOM) Other things to note The guest will be asked to make the reservation by sending a photograph of their ID or PASSPORT with a photo on both sides as well as a PROOF OF ADDRESS to fill out a form; in which the person making the rent, the number of people accompanying them, the day and time of arrival and departure, in addition to a general inventory of what is provided to them will be mentioned. IT IS AN ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE THAT IS NECESSARY TO RENT THE PROPERTY, IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, AVOID MAKING THE RESERVATION. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
