Woodland Stay in North Wales

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The property is tucked away in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The front garden leads directly to a designated ancient woodland in Loggerheads Country Park which is brimming with wildlife. A cafe in the park is a short walk ( 1 mile) for hot drinks and cakes. Across the road from Loggerheads is the We Three Loggerheads country pub serving ales and excellent food. A Spar shop / garage for essentials is also close by. The space A spacious ground floor bedroom with King Size Bed. Access is via the back door of the property or the double patio door. However, if we are in, we will greet and welcome you from the front door (which is at the side of the house) via driveway. There is a desk available in the bedroom, if required, for studying. It is behing the right hand mirrored wardrobe in the pictures. The left hand mirrored wardrobe contains a hanging rail, hangers, linen, blankets etc There is a full brand new bathroom across hallway for sole use of guests. This offers a bath and shower. Towels and toiletries are available to use. Additional towels are in the white cupboard. The utility room is for your sole use with a kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave. Tea / Coffee / Juice, Bread & Basic Cereal selection is provided. There is a drying rail if needed for guest use. There is a breakfast bar eating area for guest use inside the house and outdoor seating (up the stairs) is available if weather permitting. Boots / walking gear drying rail is for your use outside the patio door. Bike storage is available, if required. Please just ask. There is parking for several cars. There is a fire pit outside for your use and bundles of sticks are provided. (Just ask if you need more). A Welsh Dragon plaque is positioned above the air bnb bedroom, utility room & bathroom, so you are clear which spaces you have sole use of. Additional person can be accomodated and a travel cot is available upon request. There is a heavy curtain that will be drawn to separate the main property from the areas guests have access to.
