Conveniently located between Fakenham and the picturesque Georgian town of Holt, it’s the ideal base for exploring the coast, countryside, and charming local towns nearby. Ideal for 1–4 guests, this bright and welcoming home features a good-sized open-plan kitchen and dining area, complete with a Smart tv, dishwasher, oven, air fryer, and Hotel Chocolat machine for those cosy winter evenings. There’s a dining table with four chairs and a breakfast bar with two barstools — perfect for enjoying meals together or relaxed morning coffees. You’ll also find a convenient utility room with a washing machine and downstairs toilet for added ease during your stay. The comfortable living space, furnished with two 3 seater sofas and a Smart TV, ideal for curling up and unwinding after a day of exploring North Norfolk. Upstairs, the main bedroom features a super king bed with a memory foam mattress, Smart TV, and an en-suite shower room with toilet. The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with an Emma mattress. The main bathroom includes both a bath and shower, providing the perfect spot to relax and refresh. Outdoors, there’s a fully fenced rear garden and parking for two cars.
