Due to there being no side access to the rear garden, they will need to access the property in order service this area. I have help managing my property, with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My house is professionally cleaned, the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. We offer a remote self check-in facility to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Guest access The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay. Other things to note Bed linen - High quality bed linen, including towels are supplied - Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes can be organised on request for an additional charge, and are required for stays longer than 14 days Toiletries and Consumables - We provide refillable bathroom toiletries (refilled by our cleaners on each changeover). This helps us reduce waste and minimise our impact on the environment. However, this only works if you don’t ‘borrow’ them. Please leave them behind so other guests can enjoy them too. - We also provide a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed there are several supermarkets close by Pets - Sorry, but we are unable to accommodate any pets at this property Restricted areas - The room on the left when entering through the front door is locked and off limits to guests. Child Friendly - This is a child friendly property, however we have not provided a travel cot or high chair. Guests are welcome to bring their own Address - The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with remote access details. Guest Notices - Parties are strictly prohibited - Smoking is strictly prohibited - Extra guests are not allowed - Please respect our lovely neighbours, and keep the noise down - No shoes on inside please - Candle are strictly prohibited - This is your home away from home, please care for it as such - Please make sure to lock the doors and all the windows when leaving the property - Please do not leave any appliances running when you are not in the house - Please be mindful of energy usage during your stay. Please switch off lights and turn down the heating when leaving the property Check-in / Checkout Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner's schedule. My property management team will be available 24/7 via Airbnb, email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
