The annex, Croft Farm, Grinton

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Superb walks from your doorstep , secure bike store and drying room . Extra fridge and freezer space , bike hire a short stroll , superb off road bike routes , public house a short stroll serving good beer and food , nice market towns a short drive and the stunning village of Reeth a short walk or drive .. we offer fishing on our own stretch of the river Swale, home to the brown Trout and if you’re lucky the elusive king fisher .. The space We hope you find everything you need for your stay with us , please note the bedroom has a vaulted ceiling to each side it is completely walkable in the centre of the large bedroom without having to crouch ( my son is 6ft 3 ) and can walk upright but please be mindful of the sides when moving about . Guest access You can use the patio areas in front of the annex , garden furniture is yours to use ( weather permitting ) cushions will be there to use . You have your own parking off road but please be mindful as my neighbours need foot access to the side of the property opposite the drive way but there is plenty of room for a good sized vehicle Other things to note Please note we are a couples only / 2 adults property and it isn’t equipped for children , sorry
