Location: The tower is situated in a central location, in close proximity to the cathedral, the Rhine River, and the city center. The train station is just a few minutes away, as are restaurants, cafes, and shops. The location is perfect for cultural experiences, sports activities, or leisurely strolls and offers an ideal base for city breaks, business trips, or a special getaway. There are no cameras in the apartment itself. Special Features: Original arched doorways, generous windows, high-quality materials, and charming details make the tower an exceptional retreat. In the evenings, adjustable exterior lighting and a cozy interior create an inviting atmosphere. Guest access The apartment is accessible via the tower's foyer. After entering the foyer, please turn left and take the elevator to the second floor. Guests have access to the foyer as well as to the apartment on the second floor. Traveling with Bicycles: Bicycles can be stored in the foyer. This area is under video surveillance, and the building is not accessible to unauthorized persons, so your bicycles can be kept there safely. Parking or storing bicycles inside the holiday apartment is not permitted. Other things to note The apartment is located in a unique, historic water tower, lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail. The building was carefully renovated by a friend, an architect and co-owner, along with his friends, to preserve its historic charm and bring these special apartments to life. We kindly ask all guests to: - treat the apartment and the building with respect, - use only the elevator to access the apartment, - refrain from holding parties or large gatherings, - observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM, - not bring any guests who have not booked, - keep the front door in the foyer closed at all times to prevent unauthorized access, as the building is of great historical and tourist interest, - the front door in the foyer must be locked from 9:00 PM onwards. By following these guidelines, everyone helps to preserve the unique character and security of this special building.
