The space A charming and comfortable studio apartment with a private entrance, located in the peaceful village of Trinità d'Agultu e Vignola, just minutes from the most beautiful beaches of northern Sardinia. Upon entering, you'll immediately find the fully equipped kitchen, with an electric oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster, perfect for preparing your meals. Feel free to use the table to comfortably eat or work. Continuing, you'll find the sleeping area, with a comfortable double bed and a memory foam mattress. From the bed, you can relax while watching the 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix, thanks to the internet connection of up to 300 Mbps (the fastest available in the area). The two-door wardrobe is perfect for hanging your clothes and organizing them neatly on the shelves and in the internal chest of drawers. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bidet, and you'll also have access to a hairdryer and a washing machine located in a small storage room for your convenience. You can wash your clothes for free using a detergent capsule provided, dry them on the drying rack, and iron them with the ironing board and iron supplied. A dehumidifier is installed in the house to regulate the humidity level (which is quite high in Sardinia). You can turn it off while you are in the apartment, but it is advisable to keep it running as much as possible. If you feel too hot or cold, the air conditioner with heat pump and the fan are at your disposal. Outside, you’ll find a small private garden with a table and chairs, where you can eat or enjoy a moment of relaxation with a sea view. Just a few steps away, you’ll also find the exclusive pools for some apartments in the village, available from June 1 to September 30. You can access them with the designated key from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Near the apartment, you can park your car or motorcycle for free and quickly reach all the services of the town center, ideal for discovering the true essence of the place.
