The cabin is located in quiet and scenic surroundings in Innvik, with fjord views and a short distance to Loen, Olden and Stryn. Here, you are within walking distance of swimming in the fjord and a playground, a large property with fruit trees, berries, and a lawn for play and relaxation, as well as excellent hiking opportunities all year round. The cabin is largely upgraded and maintains a consistently good standard, and is especially suitable for families, couples and quiet groups of friends who want a comfortable and natural holiday stay. The area is quiet and family-friendly, with a playground in the immediate vicinity of the cabin, walking distance to Svaberg and a swimming area in the lake, as well as a large plot with lawn that is well suited for play and relaxation. At the same time, you have a short driving distance to some of Western Norway's most popular attractions: • approx. 0 min to Loen and Loen Skylift • approx. 15 min to Olden • approx. 30 min to Stryn city center • approx. 20 min to the nearest ski resort • Great hiking opportunities in summer and winter The cabin is about 80 sqm + loft and contains: • 2 bedrooms + loft (up to 10 beds in total) • 1 bathroom + separate laundry room • Fully equipped kitchen for regular cooking • Terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue • Large plot with lawn • Parking for up to 3 cars • Electric car charger (extra charge) Note: The two listed bedrooms and loft are fully accessible to guests. An additional, third bedroom is locked and not available during your stay. Ongoing upgrades The cabin is mainly upgraded internally, but the living room is currently temporarily renovated in anticipation of a total renovation planned in 2027. The living room is fully functional and pleasant to use, but not fully upgraded to the same standard as the rest of the cabin. Exterior cladding and windows on the living room area have not yet been renewed. The patio will get some upgrades in the future, but for the time being it has a simpler standard. We attach great importance to the fact that the cabin is clean, functional and comfortable, with great surroundings, good floor plan and good outdoor and adventure opportunities. Important information Wireless internet will be installed during the spring of 2027. The cabin is intended for quiet holiday use and is best suited for guests who want to use the area for nature experiences, family time and relaxation. It is not suitable for events, parties or other forms of use that deviate from the usual holiday stay. We want to take good care of the cabin and the neighbors, and greatly appreciate guests who do the same 😊 Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin with the exception of one locked bedroom used for private storage. The other two bedrooms and the loft are fully available during your stay. The outdoor area, terrace and parking are freely available to guests. Electric car chargers are available for an extra fee and agreement. Other things to note The cabin is intended for quiet holiday use and is not suitable for parties or events. The living room is temporarily upgraded pending total renovation in 2027. It is fully functional and pleasant, but not upgraded to the same standard as the rest of the cabin. The patio will get some upgrading in the time ahead, but currently maintains a simpler standard. Electric car charging is available for an additional fee and has to be agreed in beforehand. House Rules: - Max Occupancy: 10 (pre-registered guests only) - No parties, events or gatherings. - Quiet time between 11 pm–7 am - The cabin should be used in a way that does not cause abnormal wear and tear, damage, odors, or the need for extraordinary cleaning. - The kitchen is for regular cooking only. - Cooking that causes strong odor, extensive refluxing or hygienically demanding handling of raw materials is not allowed. - No slaughter, divestment or similar handling of fish or animals indoors - No commercial or religious activities allowed. - No smoking indoors, please. - No use of the cabin that deviates from regular holiday stays is not allowed. - Breach of the house rules may incur additional fee or truncated stay without refund. Animals: The cabin must be kept completely free of animals due to allergies in the family. Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot allow animals, including allergy-friendly dogs or other pets. The neighborhood: The cabin is located in a quiet and family-friendly area in Innvik, with proximity to the fjord, hiking trails and great nature experiences. The area is well suited for families with children and for those who want a peaceful stay with a short distance to activities in Loen, Olden and Stryn.
