Håkansgården, beautiful views in the middle of Österlen

Live in the countryside in the middle of Österlen! Comfortable accommodation with sleeping space for four, decorated in a luxurious, country style. A small but well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The patio is private and offers both a dining area and beautiful views. From the loft you have a view of the Tommarpsån River and its wildlife; deer, fox and pheasant are part of the daily features. Live close to nature and yet close to everything that Österlen has to offer. The space The apartment is completely newly furnished and consists of an open-plan living room/kitchen with an open ridge and 2 beds and a large loft with a comfortable double bed. The loft is open to the living room, no door to the sleeping area in the loft. You enter a hall with a clothes hanger. In the main cabin there is a small kitchen with an induction hob with two hotplates, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. The dining area has space for 4 people. The main cabin has a wonderful view up towards the rolling fields. The fully tiled bathroom has a generous overhead shower, toilet and sink. Hand soap and shower gel are included. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented at check-in for 200:-/person if you wish. Let us know before check-in if you wish to rent and we will make sure it is ready for your arrival! In the main cabin there are two 90 cm beds, placed as a spacious corner sofa during the day. Up in the loft there is a 180 cm double bed and a cozy corner with a view of the main cabin. This might be the children's favorite hangout? From the sleeping area in the loft you have a view of the Tommarpsån river to the south. The stairs to the loft are quite steep but have a sturdy railing and stable handles on the opposite side. Check-in at 3:00 PM. Before arrival you will receive a code to the key cabinet where the key to the apartment is located. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guest access You have access to your own patio with a wooden deck and a small lawn. The patio borders a meadow where the sunset is fantastic. There is parking at the entrance to the property. The apartment is located so that you have a private entrance and patio. At the other end of the building I run a small dog salon, but with limited activity during the summer months so our guests will not be disturbed. As we live on the farm ourselves, we ask our guests to respect the private areas on the farm. There is a total smoking ban in the entire area, both inside and outside. If you want to smoke, you can take a walk along the gravel road, of course you do not leave any cigarette butts behind. Out here there is a rural calm and therefore we do not want any partying parties, it should be quiet between 10 pm and 8 am. Other things to note Håkansgården is located in the middle of Österlen, from here you are close to both the beaches in Löderup and Sandhammaren as well as the Brösarp slopes and the magical Haväng. Simrishamn can be reached in 12 minutes and Ystad in 25 minutes. The nearest community is Gärsnäs, which is 5 minutes away. Here you will find both a well-stocked Ica and Norrmans Bageri. In addition to these, there is a nice little flower shop with Swish & Go; Fridens Liljor and no less than two interior design shops. If you want walking paths in a beautiful beech forest, both Listarumsåsen and Gyllebosjön are just around the corner, 5 minutes by car. If you want to combine walking with buying fresh fish, you have Brantevik with the green area Grönet and Branteviks Fisk about 15 minutes from here, both are well worth a visit. You can buy food for dinner at Ingelsta Kalkon, which is only 5 minutes away and offers both a lunch buffet and a well-stocked deli. Kivik is about 20 minutes away, where you can eat both lunch and dinner at Buhres down in the harbor or a well-cooked lunch at Kiviks Musteri. If you want to hang out with the tourists and head to Karl-Fredrik on Eklaholm or Mandelmanns Trädgårdar in Rörum, you can also reach these within 20-25 minutes from here. You can eat a really good pizza either at Gustaf's in Gladsax, 20 minutes away, or at Örum 119, about 25 minutes away. Don't forget to book a table!
