Beautiful garden shared with us (host and daughter). Ideal for couples, solo travelers or business stays. Close to public transport, biking distance to city, sea and restaurants. The space Welcome to a fully renovated (completed May 2025), detached 15 kvm garden house with a private entrance in one of Malmö’s most charming and quiet areas – like an English village in the middle of the city. The guesthouse includes a kitchenette with coffee machine, stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and kitchen fan. The tiled bathroom offers a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. The main room has a foldable dining table, String shelving with storage and clothes space, a desk, and a 140 cm wide IKEA bed. The garden is a green oasis – architect-designed with a greenhouse, pergola and a furnished outdoor area. You’re welcome to enjoy it together with me (the host) and my young daughter. Despite the calm surroundings, everything is close by: 7 minutes to the bus terminal, 13 minutes to Triangeln train station, and 10 minutes to the vibrant Möllan district. Paid street parking is available. Guest access The guesthouse is fully detached with a private entrance from the garden. You’ll have exclusive access to the entire house during your stay. The garden is shared with the host and his daughter, and you’re warmly welcome to use the greenhouse, pergola and outdoor seating area. Other things to note The guesthouse is best suited for one person or a couple. It’s child-friendly but not child-proof. The garden is organically maintained and home to many birds, bees, and butterflies. We welcome quiet guests who respect the space and surroundings. Smoking and pets are unfortunately not allowed.
