The accommodation has: - Jacuzzi/outdoor spa - Large child-friendly garden - Well-equipped kitchen - Social floor plan - 3 bedrooms on the ground floor with associated extra sleeping loft - Large dining area inside & outside - 2 bathrooms with sauna & washing machine/dryer - Private parking (about 4-5 cars) The space Kitchen: Large and well-equipped kitchen with large fridge & freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, electric mixer, kitchen porcelain, glass, etc. Dining areas: Large dining area both indoors & outdoors (summer time only) with room for many guests. Living room: Spacious living room with sofas, TV & fireplace. Bathroom 1: Toilet, double shower, washing machine, dryer. Bathroom 2: Toilet, shower, sauna. Bedroom 1: 1 x 140-cm bed on the ground floor (1-2 people). On the sleeping loft in the same room are 2 separate 90 cm beds that can be put together to a double bed if desired (2-3 people). Guest access Guests can use all the spaces indicated on the floor plan that are NOT marked in red. On these doors, it is clearly marked "Private" and may NOT be accessed. All other spaces may be shown to guests. Other things to note Renovation: - Due to paused renovation, there is, for example, a little paint splatter here and there, paint splatter on the terrace, test-painted some sqm on the house facade, various windows. 🏡🛠️ Other: - Some areas and drawers/cabinets in the house are marked "PRIVATE," and guests are not allowed to access or use items from there. For example, some kitchen drawers and some personal food may be in the fridge and freezer. Cleaning: There are two options for cleaning the house at check-out. 🧹🪣 Option 1: Guests clean completely themselves so that it is in the same good condition as when you arrived (cleaning products are available in the house). Exact instructions are located in the house for cleaning the basement, kitchen, bedroom, hall, corridor, living room, outdoors, garbage sorting, etc. 😊 Option 2: A cleaning company handles all cleaning.
