Staying longer? I'm happy to provide a bed change and top up your towels for your comfort. Kitchen The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare meals. There is a microwave and air fryer, toaster, coffee machine and we provide all of your basics like tea, coffee, milk and sauces. If you going to come back late, by arrangement I'm happy to pop a midnight buffet in for your comfort, a selection of sandwiches (cheese or cheese/onion, selection of pickles, and crisps (vegetarian selection only) Location We are approximately 15 minutes from the NEC and Resorts World, so if you are attending an event, this is a great location. Professionals and solo travellers looking for a calm base, 2 minutes to the M6 J3. The studio is ground floor and parking is by the door. This makes luggage handling and check in hassle free. Please Note: Number of Guests Guest numbers Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests staying. If you have booked for 1 guest, the accommodation is for one person only. If a second person will be staying, please amend your Airbnb reservation to 2 guests BEFORE arrival. I need the booking to accurately reflect everyone staying at the property for insurance purposes. We have provided a well equipped kitchen and we provide essential basics in the large, en suite bathroom. Access via a key code lock box or the studio will be unlocked on arrival. During your stay Should you need anything during your stay, just call us 📞 We provide everything essential for your comfort: toiletries including shampoo and conditioner, towels, wipes, body wash. We also provide a hairdryer, robes and slippers to enhance your stay. We also have an iron and board for your convenience.
