Here you can really relax – surrounded by nature, birds and silence. No crowds, no traffic, just the tranquility of the Salland landscape. The house is located on a spacious plot of 440 m² of private land with a high green hedge around it, giving you complete privacy. On the terrace, you can enjoy the sun or a good book in peace. From the dining area, you have a clear view of the spacious garden. There are two private parking spaces directly at the house. Inside you will find a bright living room with comfortable sitting area, television and garden views. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, combination microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, plates, cutlery, drinking glasses and cooking utensils. The dining area accommodates the whole family. On the ground floor, there is also the hall and the bathroom, equipped with shower, sink and toilet. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and one with two single beds. In addition, there is a separate room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board – convenient for a longer stay. Outside, there is a storage room that is accessible from the outside, ideal for storing garden items such as chairs, pillows and a parasol. The house has everything for a comfortable stay. Guests need to bring almost nothing: duvets, pillows, towels and washcloths are included, as are all basic cooking and washing facilities. Parc Salland is a small and quiet park with private lots. Simplicity was deliberately chosen: no barrier, no shop, no swimming pool – only peace, space and nature. The roads in the park are gravel and there is a friendly atmosphere. At night, it is quiet as a mouse and you can admire the starry sky without light pollution. The surroundings of Heeten are perfect for hiking and biking. Directly from the park, you can reach beautiful routes through forests, meadows and along the IJssel. Nearby you will find charming villages and the cozy city of Deventer, with its historic city center, shops and terraces. A little further on is the Holterberg, part of the Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park – one of the most beautiful nature reserves in the Netherlands.
