Quiet street 5 minutes walk from the city center and bus stops. Splendid views from the private solarium, breakfast on the terrace under the shade of the vineyard, with spacious spaces such as the living room to chat with the family, and cozy rooms. It is highly recommended to come by private vehicle to have the maximum possible mobility, because this accommodation is not located in Barcelona or near the airport. The space There are two floors where the middle floor is the living room, a kitchen room with a table, the bedroom with a double bed, and the bathroom; in addition there is the terrace accessible from the kitchen and from the living room. On the top floor there are two bedrooms, one of them with a bathroom and the other bedroom with two single beds; in addition there is the solarium with two hammocks to relax reading your pending book! Guest access The barbecue is a service only available to guests who know how to use it safely, it is a very dangerous piece of equipment for people and property. Firewood, charcoal, and fire-starting materials are not included in the accommodation service. If you do not feel comfortable preparing it for use, cancel the preparations and leave it stopped and safe. The little food and drinks in the accommodation can be opened and consumed if you replace them with new ones. At the end of your stay, please do not make the beds again; instead, leave the used linens in a common, visible place in the room for laundering. The municipality provides door-to-door recycling collection, so we will sort the trash you generate after your stay and place it in the appropriate bins, which are collected on specific days of the week. If possible, try not to mix it with organic waste to make it easier to recover. When you’re done, you can leave the keys on the table and leave the door closed without the key. Other things to note You must bring the documentation of each guest who spends the night because it is mandatory to register people over 14 years of age. When you check out, you will need to pay the tourist tax or provide proof of exemption as specified by the Tax Agency.
