It’s situated in the town, with all the amenities, pubs/takeaways walking distance. Ideal for exploring the Clwydian range ( 9 miles away) North Wales coast or the historic city of Chester 10.5 miles. Short drive to historic market town & theatre Clwyd in Mold. The space *HOT TUB: there is an additional fee of £20 per night if you wish to use the hot tub. This helps cover the extra cleaning, maintenance, and running costs to keep everything in perfect condition for your stay. If you’d like to add hot tub access to your booking, please let us know in advance so we can ensure it’s ready and heated for your arrival. * In the house you’ll find a welcoming layout with plenty of natural light, bay window, traditional Victorian fireplace, reliable WiFi and a large kitchen with breakfast bar and conservatory looking out onto the garden . At the back of the garden you’ll find a 6 man hot tub surrounded by chairs to relax and enjoy family time together. Enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine in or outside the summerhouse. The house has been fully renovated. Kitchen, Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, electric oven and hob. Downstairs wc Pantry room, spacious with lots of shelving for storage. Open plan living/ dining area , smart tv. Bedroom 1, king size bed, smart tv, sofa, dressing table with hairdryer, drawers, rail for clothes. Wireless charger, usb sockets . Travel cot on request. Bedroom 2, 2 x single 3ft beds, desk, wireless charger, usb sockets & hanging rail . Bedroom 3, 1x single bed, hanging rail for clothes & a small bedside drawers. This is a small bedroom no room for luggage. The front of the house has room for 1 vehicle on the driveway. There is also free parking on a side street around the corner. Step outside on foot and take a walk from the doorstep to feed the ducks on Buckley common. A family friendly large green space with large children’s park. Or if fishing is your thing the lake is stocked with course fish. You’ll also find a swimming pool, fitness room, squash/tennis courts and football field across the road at Buckley leisure centre.
