Longbarn offers a comfortable rural retreat in close proximity to many tourist sites, wedding venues, major towns and cities or it just offers a simple getaway to enjoy the benefits of a rural setting with pretty walking, cycling and sightseeing. The space Longbarn is a converted milking barn, built in 1850. The house offers a comfortable stay for up to four people. It has 1 twin room and 1 king size bedroom. There is a shared bathroom with a bath (and shower over the bath). Downstairs is a studio kitchen diner and lounge area. The kitchen has a built in oven, a microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a coffee machine. The lounge area has has two comfortable armchairs and one double settee, television (including Sky and Netflix), games, books and a some children's jigsaws and drawing items. French doors exit into the back garden which next to one of the many local footpaths. The front of the house has a furnished patio area and charcoal BBQ provided. The lounge has comfortable seating, 46" smart TV (including Sky and Netflix), and an electric fire with log effect fire. It has two comfortable armchairs and one double settee, games, books and a some children's jigsaws and drawing items. Guest access Access is through a stable style front door straight into the hall. Key is in the key box. Other things to note Longbarn is on the outskirts of a small village and is reached by a quiet country lane. Looking out from the house there is a stunning view over the Cheshire countryside. A short walk away is the River Weaver and Dutton Locks. Close by are small towns such as Frodsham and Weaverham, that offer good shopping for all the necessary items needed to make for an enjoyable stay.
