Relax and enjoy your stay in a spacious luxury home 10 minutes away from Phoenix Sky Harbor and 20 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airports. Located 4 miles from downtown Tempe and ASU, a vibrant college town with lots of nightlife. Less than 5 minutes away from Tempe Marketplace and Mesa Riverview you will find all your shopping and restaurant needs fulfilled. Walking distance from the Cubs stadium and many other attractions, I just added a brand new Pickeball court. The space This listing offers a comfortable private queen sized bed and full newly renovated bath and shower. Modern architecture, with lots of upgrades, wifi, and HDTV. An area so cozy you'll find it hard to leave your room! I have a large puppy who loves people and attention! please be dog friendly and if he becomes a nuisance at any point please let me know. We are an environmentally conscious home that recycles and avoids creating a lot of waste. We use environmentally friendly detergents and dishwashing fluid. Please be cognizant to turn lights, electronics and digital appliances off when you are not using them or leave the room. Please keep showers to a reasonable time limit so as not to exhaust all hot water. A few house rules to note: 1. Door code is provided upon booking. 2. Internet SSID and password are provided upon checkin. 3. There is carbon filtered water/ice at the fridge dispenser. 4. The Keurig Coffee Maker in kitchen is for your use. The power switch is on the top. Please turn off when you are done brewing. Please use only filtered water at the fridge and add to the reservoir when it becomes low. There are a variety of K-cups in the kitchen drawer just beneath the Keurig. Help yourself to a morning cup. Please store/consume all food/snacks in the kitchen cupboard to avoid pests in the rooms. Please refrain from feeding the dog any scraps as he is on a special diet. 5. If you wish to adjust the ambient temperature in the home, please just ask and I will do my best to accommodate you. The house is kept around 67 to 79 range throughout the year. The A/C is typically on from 530p until 7a, so guests can sleep comfortably. 6. Please maintain quiet hours at the property after 10pm and until 7am. 7. Please make sure your vehicle is not leaking any type of oil that would stain the concrete. Please note you are responsible for cleaning any stains to the concrete due to oil or other vehicular fluids.There is adequate street parking if you have a leak. The garage is inaccessible to guests. 8. Please do not have anything mailed to the property, there is a FedEx Office/UPS Store not far from the property with affordable shipping and per diem/weekly/monthly mail services. 9.
