The space This contemporary meets mountain studio includes a queen bed and twin bunks plus kitchenette. The studio is thoughtfully decorated and designed for the travelers looking to spend more time skiing, hiking and mountain biking. The cozy dining area is the perfect spot for two or a close family of four. This condo even has a washer and dryer!! A common area pool and hot tub can be found only steps away and access to the Mall and Base Village are just a short walk. This is the perfect little retreat in the mountains. Living Area/Sleeping Area: Two accent lounge chairs Flatscreen TV Queen bed with linens and pillows Bunk bed with linens and pillows Full bath, Shower/tub combo Soft white towels, premium shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and more are provided Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to this studio condo, Ski/Gear closet as well as access to the community areas; year round pool and hot tub. Guest will check in directly at the property, host will send direct access instructions prior to arrival. SKI SEASON: Parking passes are required for all Aspenwood, Terracehouse, and Willows condos and guests will need to go to the Parking Office to obtain permit. Complete instructions for purchasing your parking permit will be provided in your arrival instructions. Snowmass Vacations will not be held responsible for any parking citations issued to guests. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTICE Please be advised that the entire building adjacent to the property has been torn down. It is anticipated that reconstruction will start April 2026. The noise levels will be elevated, especially during the summer months, due to ongoing construction activities. We appreciate your understanding and patience as this necessary construction takes place.
