House by the lake

Beautiful house for up to seven people, with good space inside and outside, by the lake,near the woods. Enjoy rowing our boat, fishing and canooing -or just walk in the nice surrounding. Rent a car,and you can visit several nice Points of interest. This is our family home - but it is a home with grown up children. This house is suitable for familys with teenagers and older. The space The unique thing about this house is the location and beautiful surroundings. It is in the middle of stunning, nordic nature between two lakes. Own island - and boat + canoe to visit it. It´s a comfortable, large house with a big lawn, near a forest, and 20 meters from the lake on one side. Original house, that gently has been brought up to modern standard. Enjoy the nature, or go fishing -or take swim in the lake. (It´s possible to buy fishing permit in the neighbour village -or ask me, and I will take care of it for you .) This is a small farm, so if you want to feel the farmers life by feeding to our Highland cattle, that´s possible - but not necessary. The farm also has a cat, Batman. Batman never lives inside the house, just outside, and in the barn. If you want to feed Batman on your stay - he will be thankful. If you don´t want to feed him, we will show up once a day and do it for you. Guest access This is a family home - and we think of you as our guests - even if we´re not there. We give you access to our house, our rowing boat and our canoe. There is some simple fishing equipment in the house - feel free to use it. We have got two refrigerators, one freezer, microwave, and a stove with two owens. TV. Two showers and a washing machine. Feel free to use our equipment (- with respect, of course...) In this house, we do not smoke inside, and we leave our shoes in the hall. In our family and our home, there is a little dog called Abbe. Abbe is by the breed "Bichon Havanais", a breed that does´nt loose its hair. It´s said that therefore it isn´t causing allergy - but of course, it isn´t something we can guarantee. This is Abbes home, as well as ours, and in respect of that, we do not want other dogs -or cats to visit us. Boat, canoe, grill, garden furniture, fishing equipment, outdoor games etc. You also have access to swimming, sun bathing, berry and mushroom picking, bird and elk watching and anything you can imagine doing when you have lakes and woods in your back yard. You can choose to take care of the cattle and cat - or not! For a rainy day: TV, blueray/dvd, Wii, Playstation 2, 2 pianos (and other instruments), lots of board games. Fireplace. Other things to note Fishing requires a license. I can help with the practical arrangements. Please leave our paradise in the same state you found it. Since I do not take extra money for cleaning, I expect it to be as clean as you got it when you came, when you are leaving my house.
