PUERTA AZUL - beautiful, stylish village house in the heart of ANDALUSIA! Fantastically located in the white village of MONTEJAQUE (PUEBLO BLANCO), approx. 15 minutes away from the historic city of RONDA. Ideal for 2 people - Discover the real ANDALUSIA! The space PUERTA AZUL is a lovingly and individually restored village house, quietly and idyllically located in the upper antique part of the white village of Montejaque. The cozy cottage was restored in its original condition, thus connecting two small cottages. In the lower main part there is the main entrance, the living area with a cozy corner sofa that can also be used as a sleeping option and can be completely separated from the rest of the room by a large curtain. A small kitchen, with all cooking facilities and dishes, is located directly in the living area, the bathroom is entered from the kitchen. In the upper part is the spacious bedroom with double bed, as well as a spacious wardrobe and seating. The "sleeping house" has its own access, with an outdoor seating area with a stone bench table and chairs. You can also make yourself comfortable in front of the main entrance in the lower area and enjoy the beautiful view over the village and the mountains. PUERTA AZUL is located in the most beautiful part of the white village of Montejaque (Pueblo Blanco), amidst the beautiful mountain scenery of the Sierras de Grazalema y Libar, in the Parque Natural de Libar National Park, not far from the famous Andalusian city of Ronda (15 km). Montejaque is an ideal place to relax and attracts many nature lovers and hikers. You can also go directly from the village into nature without a car. Numerous signposted hiking trails start in Montejaque, e.g. to Grazalema, Ronda, Cortes de la Frontera or Jimera de Libar. By car, you can reach the old town of Seville in 1.5 hours, Jerez de la Frontera in 1 hour, Malaga in 1.5 hours, 2 hours to Granada or 1 hour to Marbella. In the village there are numerous tapas bars, restaurants, in the summer months a fantastically located swimming pool, as well as small tiendas, where you can get local products. Two banks with ATMs are located in the village center. If you want to spend your vacation in a typical Andalusian ambience without being permanently surrounded by tourists, you will feel comfortable here. PUERTA AZUL is located in Barrio Nazari, the quiet upper part of Montejaques, where no cars can drive through the picturesque streets, and is ideal to just switch off.
