The space Our ranch has 4 bedrooms. 1st bedroom: Suite with a double bed and a single bed, air conditioning, TV and large mirror. 2nd bedroom: A double bed, a single bed, ceiling fan and large mirror. 3rd bedroom: A double bed and a single bed, ceiling fan and mirror. 4th bedroom: A double bed and two single beds, ceiling fan and large mirror. It has a living room/kitchenette where there is a bookcase with a smart TV, a sofa, a counter and a kitchen cabinet with some items. On the balcony we have a sofa to relax and enjoy the view, a coffee table with 6 chairs. In the kitchen we have cabinets, sink, all kitchen utensils and a stove. Outside we have the barbecue area that has an electric barbecue or grill, wooden table, sink, countertops, stools, an outdoor bathroom, pool area, pool table. And our guests' favorite little corner, the wooden deck with a beautiful view. Guest access Guests can use everything on the property. Swimming pool, pool table, hammocks, swing… All private for guests. Other things to note Our ranch is located in Perobas in the municipality of Domingos Martins, 37 km and 35 minutes from the famous Domingos Martins Center, all asphalt road, only 900m of dirt road to the arrival of the ranch, easy access.
