Upon entering, you step into the vestibule, where you can easily store shoes and jackets. From here, the bright hallway opens up, immediately giving a sense of generous living space. To the left, you’ll find the large U-shaped kitchen with plenty of counter space, a spacious refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, and all essential cooking utensils. It’s perfect for relaxed cooking and enjoying meals together. Also to the left of the entrance is the open living and dining area. The large dining table seats up to 8 people—ideal for shared meals or social evenings. The cozy sofa bed (140 × 220 cm) and Smart TV make it perfect for relaxing movie nights. From here, you can step out onto the balcony, furnished with comfortable seating. Straight ahead to the right are the two bathrooms and bedrooms. Both bathrooms are generously sized, featuring a shower, sink, and toilet—one also includes a dryer. Next, you’ll reach the two bright bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, dresser, and wardrobe for your belongings. Both rooms have direct access to the balcony—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee in the sunshine. A special feature is the small spiral staircase in the entrance area that leads to the upper floor. Here you’ll find two additional king-size beds and storage space for clothing. This upper area provides a private retreat and makes the apartment ideal for larger groups. The apartment is bright, modern, and equipped with underfloor heating, ensuring comfort even on cooler days. Fresh bed linen, towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a free parking space are included.
